Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms with free parking, although the double room felt a bit cramped for our family. The service was engaging and handled well despite staff shortage issues. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center and beach. The dining experience was great but with an additional tray charge. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel had a very small and basic room for £94 without breakfast and no view, but it was conveniently located next to good transport links into Blackpool. The service was a mix of experiences, with some instances of rudeness but also some friendly interactions in the restaurant during breakfast. The location was very good, with a beautiful beach and sand dunes just across the street. The dining experience offered lots of choice with a mix of buffet and table service, though the portions were on the smaller side for the price. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, with all the essentials like tea, coffee, and biscuits. However, the price for a somewhat shabby suite next to a fire door was quite high. The service from the staff members, particularly Sophie, Emma, David, Hayley, and Jim, was outstanding, as they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the town center, but I wished for a larger room. The dining experience was more than adequate, although the portion sizes were a bit small. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
